Vitamin C is the most abundant water-soluble antioxidant in the body, working primarily in cellular fluids. Vitamin C is abundant in fresh fruits and vegetables, especially kiwi, grapefruit, orange, apple, ripe toad, ripe papaya, broccoli, etc.
Beta-carotene is a fat-soluble antioxidant, found in yellow or orange fruits (carrots, pumpkins, ripe papaya, ripe mangoes, etc), or dark green leafy vegetables (spoonful, spinach, vegetables, sweet vegetables, amaranth, broccoli, etc.
