Which fruits will help you fight acne ?

1. Tomatoes

The tomatoes is a rich-vitamine fruit capable of clearing even bad cases of acne. Loaded with vitamin C and bioflavonoids, tomatoes are good for your immune system and also are amazing for your skin, because of these nutrients powerful antioxidant properties. Antioxidants are molecules found naturally that fight against free-radicals; a free-radical is an unstable molecule that will bounce around between cells and damage them trying to rebalance itself into a stable molecule. Eat tomatoes can stop skin damage on the cellular level. In addition to being antioxidant rich, tomatoes have a high level of acidity inherent in their juice. This acidity will dry the skin when tomato products are applied to acne patches and tighten pores on your skin that leak oil which causes acne. This also helps to slow the eventuality or entirely stop break outs from happening.

2. Carrots

Vitamin A is an ingredient to help fight off acne and clear the skin inflammation. And carrots are rich in Vitamin A in the form of beta-carotene that work against acne and prevent blemishes by reducing inflammation and encouraging cell turnover (natural exfoliation). It also helps strengthen your skin’s defense against the bacteria that can cause unwanted flare ups. Low levels of vitamin A is associated with a higher severity of acne. The carotenoids are also helpful in protecting the skin from free radical damage from the sun.

Carrots is kind of nutrient food that’s essential for healthy skin. Eating more carrots will help to boost naturally the amount of vitamin A available to help your skin fight acne.

3. Green tea

Green tea can have amazing effects on your skin. In fact, scientific research shows that drinking green tea helps reduce inflammation in the skin, which is well known for causing acne and that is because the green tea’s powerful antioxidants are between 25 to 100 times more potent compared to Vitamin C. Furthermore green tea is also great for reducing insulin levels therefore reducing the amount of sebum your skin produces, and for fighting acne caused by hormonal imbalances.

This is a go-to for hydration and should be added to everyone’s routine as a healthy dose of acne-fighting antioxidants. Dehydration an cause swelling and puffy skin, and a slowed response to acne medication or skin treatments.
