#1: A new route from Dublin to San Francisco to launch in June

Recently, United Airlines has declared that the company is going to run a non-stop air taxi service from Dublin to San Francisco International Airport in June 6th 2020. Due to tough airline industry competition, exploiting new flights is necessary for an airline brand to develop and expand. With this flight, United Airline is the only brand to offer daily flight from Dublin to the west coast.

Dublin is home to many global tech companies, which is the reason why launching a new flight of Dublin – San Francisco is a wise strategy of one of the world’s largest private jet fleets. With its extensive network, the brand is able to help these tech companies connect their business efficiently.

#2: Route from Kuala Lumpur to Da Lat, Vietnam

Another piece of airline news today is an exclusive route from Kuala Lumpur to Da Lat, capital of Lam Dong province in the central highlands of Vietnam. Da Lat is also one of major tourist destinations, attracting a large number of travellers every year, which is the reason why AirAsia decides to take its footprint to this capital.  This inaugural flight, launched by AirAsia, made history as the first international airline to offer direct services between Kuala Lumpur and Da Lat.

#3: Air Canada expands to the home of country music

Dominating the airline news today is a new strategy of Air Canada to launch two new seasonal summer routes. Air Canada also introduces its new service to major US destinations, from Montreal, Calgary and Vancouver to the centre of the US country music: Boston and Nashville.

Air Canada, has been known for its world-class luxury lifestyle experiences, now launches new routes to Boston and Nashville. According to the brand, these new flights are in line with their strategic long-term plans of global expansion.

More and more routes have been launched dominates the airline latest news. Fierce competition in the industry has forced airline companies to expand its footprint in order to survive.
