With climate change and environmental pollution increasing, we humans also begin to become more aware of our responsibility to the world around us.  This is specifically shown through the fact that we have constantly sought and aimed towards green and natural-friendly lifestyles.
 And one of the most popular green lifestyles today is the Vegan Lifestyle - a vegan life.

 We can understand that in the simplest sense, a vegan life is a life where humans will not consume any foods directly from animals and are derived from animals such as honey, eggs, milk, cheese ... every food they eat is made entirely of plants.  They always aim to improve and protect habitats, protect natural ecological diversity, protect small, innocent animals from being killed.  And especially protect their own health from diseases caused by their eating and living habits by following a vegan life.

The benefit of following a vegan life today is no longer a mere theory, but it has been proven based on the results of real people, real things.  We can mention some "cult" names that have chosen to follow this vegan lifestyle and become more and more successful and healthy such as: Tennis player Novak Djokovic, Hollywood actress Natalie Portman, author of Sapiens human history book Yuval Noah Harari, ...

 Besides the benefits seen when a person follows a vegan life such as: avoiding slaughtering innocent animals, combating environmental pollution, combating climate change, and saving costs ... this vegan lifestyle also contributes greatly in preserving the youthfulness for people.

 It is a fact that not everyone knows that foods derived from animals are the leading cause of our skin aging rapidly.  Because in the composition of these foods contain many fatty acids, they have the ability to clog pores and cause acne.  Not to mention, the older the skin, the weaker the ability of cells to retain water on the skin, thereby making the skin dry and wrinkled over time.

 So, to face the problem in the most gentle way, the vegan diet, focusing on green vegetables and fruits is an effective and safe remedy, while helping us to preserve beauty naturally without spending too much time and money.  Because vegan foods give our bodies a lot of hydration, skin becomes smoother, healthier and more radiant.

 Although it is not easy to know that changing a lifestyle by starting to follow a vegan life is not easy for one person, but if it is a positive change, beneficial for this planet, for innocent animals and especially for yourself.  We are worth considering of following a vegan life, right?
