September 09, 2019

If you love to create design interiors to make them look more impressive, you may feel very excited to meet the most interesting Nordic designers on the seventh edition of Chart in Copenhagen. They may inspire the creativeness in yourself so you can make your own unique furniture designs for home.

Maria Bruun

Maria Bruun aims at creating elemental designs in order to be different from other artists

Maria Bruun made use of so many ceramics and wood, which made her designs look so elemental. For example, the Big Foot range of tables demonstrate proportioned feet and legs.

Naoto Niidome

Naoto Niidome use textiles, wood and ceramics to create his Japanese and Finnish artistic homeware design

Naoto Niidome used textiles, wood and ceramics to create his Japanese and Finnish artistic homeware design. This unique design furniture brings a contemporary and simple style that may catch your attention right at the first time.

Nathalie Lautenbacher

Nathalie Lautenbacher also used ceramics to make her own product. However, she exaggerated her approach in order to make better artistic designs for living. She started mixing highly polished surfaces with stone-like textures along with new colours. As a consequence, she was able to create a chain of characterful porcelain spoons in her artistic furniture designs.

Turi Heisselberg Pedersen

Turi Heisselberg Pedersen did not want to create contemporary craft like other artists. Therefore, she decided to create vessels and vases with colourful organic forms. Her collaboration with Kahler recently has changed the hourglass figure in the past.

All in all, the top Nordic designers mentioned above are really creative. They have a number of great ideas to make the furniture in your house look like art. Thus, if you feel like your house is missing something, don’t forget to check out some of their unique designs.
