People are never satisfied.  Perhaps you are not unfamiliar with this view of our ever-demanding nature.  Indeed, when you are thirsty, you will feel extremely happy and grateful if someone brings you a glass of water.  

However, once you have a glass of water, you want cold water, and then you want a water bottle instead of a cup ...  Is it much more than the feeling of satisfaction to be offered a cup of cold water?

 As this example shows, you should appreciate your help, not asking for it.  You can cultivate your gratitude by changing when you feel grateful.  The moment you feel grateful, the more you will enjoy the good things of your own life.

 Gratitude will create a greater source of energy for your mind body spirit, create a positive, optimistic mood, help you sleep better, and connect more deeply with others to have Happy Mind Happy Life.

 Gratitude not only for young people but people with chronic illnesses, even diseases that make them disabled can improve their health by feeling grateful.  The following ideas and exercises will help you increase your time of feeling grateful.  The first thing you need to know first is that you shouldn't wait for something good to happen to feel grateful, take the initiative to cultivate your gratitude.

1. Start the day with gratitude to have Happy Mind Happy Life 

 Most of us wake up with a distracted mind.  Instead, start your day with gratitude.  Think of the five people you are grateful for in your life.  Imagine their faces appear before your eyes and send them a silent thank you.  Take it easy and feel the experience slowly.

 Decorating your bedroom wall with pictures of your loved ones can give you a boost to kickstart your gratitude in the morning.  You can also express your gratitude in words on a small piece of paper and stick it on the bathroom mirror.  If you wake up and look at that note and still aren't really grateful, get back to bed and start over.  As you progress, you can choose different topics, such as gratitude to loved ones who have passed away, gratitude for birth, gratitude to neighbors, teachers  or your pet.  By focusing on gratitude, you will start the day with what's going on in your life and give your mind "nourishing" things for your Happy Mind Happy Life rather than mulling and falling into negative thoughts.

2. See the positive in the negative to have Happy Mind Happy Life

 Life offers us choices, opportunities, and challenges.  When things are not going the way you want them to, try to focus on what went in the right direction instead of on what went wrong.  If your car crashes and breaks down, you can feel grateful that you were not injured.  Focusing on the positive things does not mean you are ignoring the problem you need to solve, it is about cultivating compassion for yourself for your Happy Mind Happy Life.

An intelligent mind is a mind that always feels grateful for the good and the bad.  The pain of thinking about flaws will fade as you create a hundred grateful thoughts about it.  Try to find the good of the things you don't want in your life from today.

3. Be grateful to those who need your help to have Happy Mind Happy Life

 Say thank you to those who need your help.  By accepting your help, they increase your self-esteem and help you show your virtue.  Helping others can also help improve your physical and emotional health for your Happy Mind Happy Life.

 Remember your loved ones twice with gratitude.  This will help you send loving energy in your own way and also a way for you to feel love.  Both of these are extremely meaningful and bring you great joy in life to have Happy Mind Happy Life.

5. Always remember that You are having things that millions of people dream of for your Happy Mind Happy Life

 Think about any aspect of your life: important things, kids, friends, eyes, a healthy heart, shiny teeth, a car, a house, a good job, clean water and food.  Millions of people around the world are living without one or a lot of what you currently have.  

Imagine what your life would be like if you were deprived of any one of these, you wouldn't want to live that way.  Now have you recognized those priceless gifts that you have received yet?

 Health gives us a freedom that we can only cherish when we lose it.  Take a deep breath before you read the next few lines.  If you can take a deep breath of fresh air, you are living in a dream of millions of people who cannot breathe right now because they have heart and lung disease and billions of people with no access to the fresh air.  

If you are not in pain right now, you are the desire of the tens of millions of people suffering from physical debilitating pain.

 Be grateful not only for the past and present, but also for what lies in the future.  Gratitude for the future will help ease your fear of what might come and pave the way for the joys you can enjoy in life  to have Happy Mind Happy Life.
