In fact, the application of supersonic flights into commercial air travel has become increasingly popular. At the present, Hermeus, a new start-up company based in the United States, pledged to make supersonic commercial jets a reality nearly 16 years after Concorde last flew. It may be the fastest aircraft in the world.

Experience travel with supersonic jets

According to the American Aerospace Company, It is likely that it will reach speeds of up to Mach 5 (nearly 4,000 miles per hour). Even, it can be twice as fast as Concorde. If that comes true, it took visitors 1.5 hours for traveling from New York đến Paris.

Vinod Khosla, founder of Khosla Ventures, said The company claimed it was not only developing an aircraft that improves the aviation experience with very reduced flight times, but also had the “potential to have a great societal and economic impact,”

Co-founder and CEO, AJ Piplica, said that they had set out on a journey to revolutionize the global transportation infrastructure, bringing it from the equivalent of dialup into the broadband era, by radically increasing the speed of travel over long distances.

Moreover, Boom Supersonic intends to develop aircraft faster than sound. They mobilized over $140 million to develop their Overture aircraft (as of January 2019). As expected, its speed will be about 10% faster than Concorde. The aircraft  of Boom Supersonic could be ready for commercial service in mid-2020.

Therefore, it will to be a great experience with this unique aircraft.
