A long-term license agreement between Prada and L’Oréal

Prada S.p.A. and L’Oréal has just signed a long-term license agreement for the creation, development, and distribution of luxury beauty products for the Prada brand. This license agreement will come into effect on 1st January 2021.

Due to this agreement, the two companies will be able to merge their strength in each of their own sectors.

According to Patrizio Bertelli, CEO of Prada S.p.A., L’Oréal is the perfect partner for Prada expand its potential across a variety of new projects and leverage Prada’s top-notch fragrance identity as L’Oréal is the giant in the beauty industry.

About L’Oréal, this license will allow L’Oréal Luxe take advantage of Prada – one of the most respected players in the global luxury industry and boost  its portfolio of iconic brands.

Sergio Rossi launches in Singapore with Bluebell Group

Another luxury brands news is the cooperation between Sergio Rossi – a well-known Italian women’s footwear company and Bluebell Group – a renowned distributor of luxury, premium, and lifestyle brands throughout Asia.

Follow this cooperation, Sergio Rossi will open its pop-up store at Takashimaya Department Store in Singapore from 1st December 2019 till April 2020. This store will be the place where Sergio Rossi shows Asia the elegant and dynamic collections designed for the woman of today: empowered, unafraid of evolving, confident of their unique beauty.

The new store opening marks a significant step forward in the new history of Sergio Rossi, and supports the brand’s commitment to retail expansion in Asia by bringing its iconic Italian luxury designs to Singapore.
