The Body Shop: opens its first store in Chile
After opening in Mexico in 1993 and Brazil in 2014, it is The Body Shop's third market in Latin America. The Body Shop’s entry into Chile builds on the brand’s expansion into Brazil in 2014; in Chile, the brand will have access to 17.8 million people.
The Santiago store in the Plaza Egaña Mall will stock The Body Shop’s core products including its Shea body butter and Vitamin E range, as well as newer launches such as Oils of Life facial oil and Drops of Youth.
The beauty brand Body Shop continues to source ingredients from local suppliers and confirmed it sources its organic Brazil nut oil from Peru, organic soy from Brazil and organic cane sugar from Paraguay.
