Many people claim that if you want to succeed, there is no room for negative emotions. In some ways, it is right because the negative emotions can affect your performance badly.

Many people think that their emotions depend on the things happen to them or the one around them. In fact, they are the ones who control their feelings. They feel that their emotion automatically changes from one to another without their monitoring and let their emotions control their action without knowing that these emotions, in some ways, can negatively affect their work performance.



Have you ever fallen to sadness while feeling happy without any knowledge of the reason why you were sad? Sometimes you may wake up with the full energy and are ready for a new day but just 3 hours later, you feel nothing in your brain and your muscle. You completely lose your motivation in working for no reason.

If you do not manage your emotions well, your brain will run automatically, thus putting you in different feelings. Even worse, after a period of a lack of emotion management, many feelings or emotions will become your inherent habit. You may hear your friends or colleagues complain that they still feel sleepy even after sleeping for 7 to 8 hours. Many people, on the other hand, go to work and face a hundred tasks to do, they feel frustrated even not starting. These emotions are preprogrammed in your subconscious and are created by the connection of neuron. Now have you gotten an overview of the reason why many people cannot control their emotions and life?


 

Besides, it is noticed that many people let other things or people affect their emotions too much. For instance, when they receive praises from their senior managers, they are happy, confident and try to work more; whereas, the one with bad performance often have negative feelings and do not show any effort in their work. In addition, the tendency of blaming is also the thing that destroys our way to success. They blame others or circumstances that leave them in negative emotions and bad mood. Remember, you cannot completely control everything, so instead of giving up, try to make the circumstance a motivation.
