It will be great if you can get at least five servings of fruits and vegetables a day, even nine servings a day for more health benefits. Vegetable soups and fruit salads are always good choices. You can also sprinkle fruit on breakfast cereal, have it for snacks or as a dessert. Be careful with what you eat, but don’t forget to exercise everyday.
