Rihanna’s Savage x Fenty Lingerie Line secures additional funding

 According to report of Wall Street Journal, Savage x Fenty Lingerie Line of Rihanna, the world’s richest female musician has secured an additional funding of $50 million. As a result, the total fund which is invested in the company reaches $70 million.

Forbes magazine has just announced that Rihanna is the richest female singer in the world with a net worth of over $ 600 million. She is not only a talented singer but also praised as a successful designer and entrepreneur. Until now, Rihanna has sold more than 250 million albums and becomes one of the best-selling singer of the world. She also consecutively won Grammy, Billboard and 6 Guinness records. 

Savage x Fenty brand of Rihanna is famous for many leading trends, especially the trend of diversifying underwear sizes. Actually, there are different sizes for different people, including products for oversized ones. Rihanna knows how to refresh her products and impress customers by using multiracial models in each show. 

For example, 2018 was the first year that the celebrity brand performed catwalk at New York Fashion Week, where Rihanna used from the white Gigi and Bella Hadid sisters to the black Slick Woods model with open teeth and was pregnant while on the catwalk. It is known that this model gave birth 14 hours after the show.

A potential brand in luxury industry of the world

Savage x Fenty’s sales is reaching $150 million, which is expected to continue growing in the near future. Fenty is considered as a new factor in LVMH house with a lot of big names like Dior, Louis Vuitton, Hermès, Givenchy and so on. 

The booming business news of the brand appeared after announcement that Savage x Fenty will hold the runway show at New York Fashion Week next month. In addition, in this period, Rihanna is focusing on developing products like shoes, jewelry and preparing for the launch of Spring-Summer 2020 collection. 

Rihanna asserted her talent when developing from a singer, designer to a fashion leader. Her underwear brand is even considered as a formidable competitor of Victoria’s Secret by a lot of experts.
