Fiat is the third automaker to announce plans to phase out production of vehicles with internal combustion engines.

 According to the plan, Fiat will gradually phase out the internal combustion engine from 2025 to 2030.

After Honda and General Motors (GM), Fiat is the next automaker planning to switch to electric vehicles.  According to the plan, Fiat will gradually phase out the internal combustion engine from 2025 to 2030.

Fiat is looking to develop more technology and batteries and expand the infrastructure for charging stations.  In theory, these improvements should help electric vehicles have the same cost and performance as traditional internal combustion engine vehicles.  The Italian automaker is quite confident about this plan.

 Currently, Fiat has planned an abandoned test track at the Lingotto plant in Turin into the largest hanging garden in Europe with more than 28,000 plants.  This is not only an attempt to make the area more attractive, the hanging garden also helps absorb pollutants, reduce ambient temperature and develop biodiversity.
