N°21 expands to South Korea through the deal with Lee & Han

Italian fashion brand designed and led by Alessandro DellAcqua has signed a distribution deal with Lee & Han. Lee & Han is a major distributor in Korea and plans to open 18 stores nationwide in the next five years. This is a good news for the patrons of this brand.

N°21 is an Italian fashion brand was founded by designer Alessandro DellAcqua in January 2010. N°21 marks the footsteps in the fashion market with the launch of the collection at Autumn/Winter Milan Fashion Week  2010/2011. In 2013, the brand launched a line of mens clothing and attended the 85th Pitti Uomo fashion event.

N°21 succeeded in establishing a local retail chain. At present, it is currently speeding up its growth. The first step in the expansion strategy of this Italian fashion brand is to open a flagship store of more than 300 square meters in the Cheongdam district of Seoul – one of the global fashion capitals.

This store expands on two levels and sells accessories collections, shoes for both men and women.

The interior design of the shop resembles it in Milan: black and white contrasts on marble, concrete and polycarbonate ceilings, and many mirrors, steel, and aluminum. The front of the shop is completely black.

South Koreas N ° 21 partner in this collaboration to support the expansion of business is shareholder and licensee of Converse and Kappa. The company is active in a variety of retail businesses (including Han Style, Han Style Men, Han Style Kids and Han Style Shoe) and is also the exclusive distributor of international fashion brands such as Delvaux, Giambattista Valli , Emilio Pucci, Nina Ricci, MSGM, Mr & Mrs Italy, Premiata and other brands.

N°21 is currently distributed by the Gilmar Group at more than 600 multinational stores worldwide. In Asia, it currently operates mono-brand stores in Tokyo, Hong Kong, and Beijing. In 2016, the N ° 21 has revenues of € 52 million, an increase of 117% over 2015.
