– Notice the life everyday: We can take notice of the sensations of things. This may sound small, but it can give us new perspectives on life.

– Pick a regular time: It can be helpful for your awareness of the sensations created by the environment around you.

– Try something new: It can also help you observe the world in a different way.

– Free yourself from your pas and future: You can practice mindfulness meditation anywhere, but it can be helpful if you realize that, for a few minutes, you have been trapped in past problems or future worries.

– Practice different mindfulness: It can be helpful to practice more mindfulness, which involves in silently sitting and paying attention to sounds, thoughts and sensations or bringing the attention back at any time the mind starts to wander.

– Name feelings and thoughts: To develop an awareness of feelings and thoughts, lots of people find it useful to name them.
