1. Drink enough water

Drinking water helps curb your appetite, hydrate your body and nourishes you from the inside out, including your skin. The more liquid in the body that is lost, the thicker the blood becomes and the harder the heart muscle must work to pump the blood through the circulatory system. Most liquids such as coffee, tea, soda, alcohol, Gatorade, and sugary fruit drinks do not hydrate the body like pure water can. If you dont drink enough water you dont have enough liquid to help with the elimination process and without eliminating the foods you digest you gain weight and gain toxins.

The body needs at least 2 to 3 liters of water a day, and drinking more than that will keep you from feeling hungry. When you drink enough water throughout the day you are feeding the tissues and cells in your body and that gets the enzymatic system moving, which actually releases fat toxins out of the body.

2. Add more nutrition foods

Try adding more of the following foods to your diet that will help you burn more fat, get in shape and better your health.

– Whole grains

– Olive oil

– Eggs

– Natural peanut butter

– Fish

– Poultry

– Berries

– Apples

– Almonds

– Protein powder

3. Supplement with best quality multivitamins 

Supplement your diet with quality multivitamins as fish oil (omega-3 fatty acids).

Fish oil is important because most peoples diets are lacking in omega-3 fatty acids and this is suspected to be a contributing factor to many health diseases, including obesity. Fish oil is the best way to get omega-3s into your diet. The omega-3 fatty acids in fish oils help burning fat and reduce the amount of stored fat on the body. If you need to lose belly fat, you can increase your fish oil intaking. You should try to consume 2,000 to 3,000 mg of omega-3s per day. 

4. Add more Alaskan salmon to your diet

Alaskan salmon is a rich source of a variety of vitamins and minerals, as well as lean protein and omega-3 fatty acids, and low in fat. Salmon can help to lower triglycerides in the blood and, therefore, reduce the amount of stored fat on your body. 

5. Keep stay away from harmful foods

Say “NO” with sugar, hydrogenated oils and processed foods.

All the above efforts will be unuseful if you dont have consistency. Always keep your consistency to have your best shape.
