Guide to do natural facemask for beautiful skin

This facemask is completely natural, made from skinfoods you can find in your kitchen that will nourish and hydrate your skin. The star ingredient, avocado, is full of vitamin E, which helps repair damaged skinreduce skin inflammation, it acts as a skin regenerator and has anti-aging effects. It is also rich in vitamin C, which is also an essential nutrient for healthy glowing skin.

The other ingredient that also works wonders is honey. Honey is anti-inflammatory and anti-aging and also kills bacteria, leaving your skin cleansed. It’s loaded with nutrients, antioxidants and healing compounds.



  • ½ ripe avocado

  • 1 teaspoon honey

  • ½ teaspoon coconut oil (olive and sesame oil work too)




  • Simply blend all of the ingredients so they form a creamy mask.

  • Apply the facemask all over your face and leave on for 20 minutes.

  • Gently wash your face to remove the mask and once you’ve removed it completely, gently tap dry your face with a towel to avoid removing the natural oils on your skin.
