2. Three steps to have a balanced lifestyle

In his book, "Finding peace in the midst of everything," Dave Braun and Troy Amdahl share in detail the three steps to have a balanced lifestyle.

 The first step is the Oola Wheel.  Imagine your life is like a bicycle.  A balance wheel will roll smoothly, gently and reduce all-wheel pressure, it will roll forever and only naturally wear down over time.

 The Oola Wheel is a self-scoring method for your current equilibrium on a 10-point scale.

 Ask yourself questions in every field from health, to finance, friends, family and career ... "Be honest with yourself" is the author's advice.

The second step is the Oola Plan.  Set goals for your plan after step one.

 Make a list of things to do in life and write it down like billionaire Warren Buffett (He advised everyone to write down the 20 things you want to do most in life, then cross out all, leaving only the top three)  .

 Set specific, measurable, realistic goals that are also what the author recommends.

 The third step is the Oola Road.  Dream big, but the most important thing is to get started.

 "You cannot go on your way without taking action" - the author "Finding peace among all things" shared.

 Considering their schedule each morning to wake up and every night before bed is that the two authors recommend.

 Split note sheets with at least 3 must-do activities and 3 actions related to your life goals and dreams is a helpful suggestion.

 “By doing this in a year, you will take more than a thousand action steps to Oola Life” and “Don't take two steps on a 3-step journey” are what the authors emphasize.
