E-retailers launch Black Monday on Nov 21

That ahead of Black Friday for trying to beat their competitors for Christmas gift sales.
Black Friday originated in the US as the big discount-shopping day for Christmas after Thanksgiving and is traditionally followed by Cyber Monday. Over the past few years it has grown in popularity in the UK with Amazon spearheading the idea with deals online.

Black Monday is the new Black Friday with online retailers expected to go live with Christmas bargains next Monday rather than the Monday after Black Friday (Cyber Monday). It is predicted that online beauty retailers and department stores will slash prices on Monday 21 November at 00.01am in the hope of cashing in on bargain hunters. Offers at escentual.com will include the Laura Gellar Perfectly Pink 6 Piece Collection Gift Set for £19.95 (a 56% discount), bareMinerals Deluxe Matte Glow Mineral Veil for £17.50 (a 42% discount) and the Hollister Wave For Her Eau de Parfum Spray Gift Set for £18 (a 50% discount).

Shoppers should take advantage of discounts before prices go up in 2017 due to currency changes
