Do you know wrinkles on the face is a health warning sign?

On the face appearing 3 types of "wrinkles" are warning signs of blood pressure, heart and blood vessels. If you want to live long do not let them appear.

Wrinkles are the marks left over by time on each of our faces.  In spite of the free growth of skin, whether you like it or not, one day wrinkles will find you.

Wrinkles are also the enemy of women because it is a sign of aging.  However, not all wrinkles are caused by age.  Having wrinkles on the face is a health warning sign, exactly a signal that you are sick. So, in addition to learning the anti-aging methods for the skin, you need to know the common types of wrinkles and effective prevention methods.

If you want to live a healthy and long life, it is better not to have 3 facial wrinkles in these 3 positions.

1. Nasolabial Folds: Signs of high blood pressure

If you see wrinkles appear on your cheeks, you need to pay attention to see if you have high blood pressure.  The main cause of high blood pressure is mainly due to the absorption of large amounts of salt.  If we eat too much salt, sodium ions in the body increase, leading to dehydration of the cells in the body.

The cheeks are the thinner part of our face, so once the body becomes dehydrated, the diagonal lines usually appear fastest.

2. Wrinkles in the upper eyelids: Signs of cardiovascular disease

If the upper eyelid has severe wrinkles, people should be wary of heart health problems.

Wrinkles in the eyelids can be caused by exercising too much and being easily agitated will cause the elasticity of the eye fiber tissue to decrease, leading to the appearance of wrinkles on the upper eyelids.  These factors also have negative effects on heart health.

3. Wrinkles in the earlobes: Prevent the possibility of coronary artery obstruction

If there are wrinkles on one earlobe, the coronary artery is very likely to be blocked, if there are wrinkles in both earlobes, the situation may be even worse.  An article published in the New England Journal of Medicine in 1973 states that the diagonal fold in this part of the body is a sign of coronary artery disease (CAD).  The fold was then named "Frank's sign" after the article's author - Dr. Sanders T. Frank.

Other studies have shown that people with wrinkles in the earlobes are eight times more likely to develop heart disease than those without wrinkles, 74% of people with wrinkles in the earlobes have coronary artery disease.

Although scientists still cannot conclusively conclude why the porridge fold in the earlobe is linked to cardiovascular disease, several theories have been suggested that one of them is the degeneration of the elastic tissue around the blood vessels that leads the blood to the earlobe, creating folds. Similar changes occur in the blood vessels with coronary artery disease.  In other words, folds or wrinkles in the small blood vessels of the ear may be a sign of similar changes occurring in the blood vessels around the heart.

After middle age, everyone who wants to live a long and healthy life should avoid and limit 4 things.

1. Limit meat intake

In the diet, if the meat is too fat, it will cause nutritional imbalance, metabolic disorders, high cholesterol, hypertriglyceridemia, not beneficial for the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases.

2. Avoid drinking alcohol or smoking

After middle age, try to reduce your leisure activities, drink less alcohol, and smoke less.

Alcohol is very harmful to the human body, especially the liver, when we drink for a long time, the likelihood of getting alcoholic hepatitis and cirrhosis is 10 times higher than that of a normal person.

3. Don't eat much, eat fast

You must not be greedy in the daily diet and should not be greedy.  Make sure the food is chewed well, otherwise it will increase the digestive burden on the stomach.

4. Avoid anger

Anger will only make the body and mood worse, not the development of something.  Anger can also excite sympathetic nerves and increase secretion of adrenaline, easily increase blood pressure, affect health.

"Life is a mirror", if you control your anger, the things that are not going well will change.

Instead, do 4 things to stay healthy.

1. Always be happy

Traditional Chinese medicine often says: "Anger hurts the liver", "Thought will hurt the qi", "Sadness hurts the spleen" ... This means that bad mood of  a person can also lead to illness.

Regularly laughing in life can effectively train the lungs and other organs. If the lungs are healthy, then the human body will naturally be strong.  The lifespan of a healthy person is clearly not short!

Therefore, laughing regularly in life is a good choice, this is also the first common thing that scientists have found that longevity adults have!

2. Exercise

In the Chinese book "The Emperor of Internal Medicine" it is recorded that people with vertical bones, soft tendons, blood flow ... have a life expectancy of 10 years. This tells us that we must do stretching exercises regularly.

Stretching exercise is a simple and easy to learn health training method that can maintain body flexibility and promote physical and mental health.

3. Full breakfast

As the pace of life increases, it seems that the number of people who cannot eat breakfast in time is increasing.  However, research data shows that people who don't pay attention to breakfast have shortened life expectancy by 2.5 years on average.

If you do not eat breakfast but focus on eating more at noon and in the evening, it will put a serious burden on the intestines and stomach.  Not only is it bad for your stomach and body, but it can also keep you from working hard.

Just like that, all kinds of diseases will hit the door, it is difficult to live healthy for a long time!  Therefore, both men and women must eat well in the morning and have a balanced diet.

4. Good night

Much of a person's life is spent on sleep.  It can be seen that a good night's sleep is very important for the human body.

Ensuring adequate sleep every day (6-8 hours is enough) has the effect of regulating the nervous system, improving autoimmunity, and good for physical and mental health.

Good sleep can remove stress from the body, regulate the nervous system, reduce the incidence of cardiovascular diseases, and benefit physical and mental health.
