China’s sale online websites are the Korean favourite shopping addresses

Chinese take a huge step in shopping habit trend

Data from the Shinhan Group showed Korean consumers interest in products sold on Chinas online web sites reaching a 16.6% annual increase from 9.8% in 2017.

Not to stop there, with global sales, Chinas online sale websites have not yet reached a leading position in the race face with other online sale sites all over the world, but the top 10 in highest selling online sales sites in the world contain three brands from China. Second place after Amazon has a growth rate of 16.3%, AliExpress has reached 9.5% up from 6.1% in 2017 and before it was 6% in 2016. Taobao was followed by the third place in the growth rankings, up from 2.3% in 2016, to 3.3% in 2017 and finally 4.4% in 2018. And the last brand from China came in at number 10 of the ranking, Alibaba with only 1% this year.

However, despite the amazon lead on growth index, these sale sites from China has shown the big shift and the huge gap between the Black Friday of the US with 9% of total sales and the Single’s Day of China with 35% of total sales exceeded. With the success of 70.8% of the deals, they are priced up to 50,000 won (US$44.32)for each deal. And not surprisingly, the number of customers paying attention to Chinas main selling websites is from 30s to 40s, and by the way, the number of customers in the 20s has increased by 1.9% over the previous year.

The breakthrough in the development of Chinas online sales from 2017 to 2018 is a proof of China – the new shopping habit trend. With the amount of knowledgeable and technologically advanced customers, it is further evidence of the price and quality of good products that these websites offer.
