So, learning the way to control anger is very important, even though it is not easy to implement.

Be self-possessed in every circumstance

Once bursting with anger, you tend to react violently and unreasonably. Do not let this negative emotion overwhelm you, leading to regrettable consequences. Whenever falling into unpleasant situations, the first thing you should do is to keep calm. Actually, hastiness will cause superficial action; therefore, retraining that tension is the first way of controlling yourselves.
Calm down to relax your mind and avoid negative actions
A deep breath may be your savior at that moment. When being agitated, we often breath fast and shallowly. Do not hurry to do anything to pamper your emotion. Let’s close your eyes, count from one to ten, then take a deep breath, which can help you relax immediately. Mitigating problems will help you avoid unnecessary stress in your life.

First think, then speak

Speech has such a tremendous power that everyone can use it to convert and destroy a person’s spirit. When anger comes, your thoughtless words may hurt surrounding people, break the relationship which has been built for a long time.   So, trying to think twice before saying anything to avoid unfortunate things to come.
Instead of hurting others, think carefully before saying anything

Keep yourselves busy

“Distracting” your mind is also a good solution, which can take yourselves out of current problem. When you are angry, you tend to think you have to face it immediately in order to prove to the world that you are not weak. However, acting with anger is one of the most dangerous weakness of human. Instead of messing things up, being busy to avoid negative emotion.
May angry show the pride of each person. But be angry with wisdom.
