Samsung, Ulta Beauty and Revieve have teamed up to create a special tool. This special tool is a new personalised skin diagnostics tool. This partnership has provided advanced skin care services for quite a number of customers worldwide.

New digital experiences in skin care

This new personalized skin diagnostic tool is available through Samsung’s Virtual Assistant, Bixby Vision. 

Bixby is fully published via Samsung’s blog, Bixby is an artificial intelligence system designed to make it easier for users to interact with the device. In other words, users can use voice to ask Bixby to perform some operations without using hands. Basically, Bixby Vision will identify any image the camera is recording, with many options such as identifying an image, location, text or going to shopping options.

To use this tool, customers can take selfies; Then they will receive skin care recommendations. After that, they will then access ultabeauty.com to purchase the product. The service will be available on several devices such as Samsung Galaxy S10 and samsung Galaxy Note 10.

At the present, consumers can receive personalized feedback on their skin through Samsung’s Bixby Vision-enabled voice-activated virtual assistant. Especially, Samsung has partnered with Ulta Beauty and Revieve to bring this beauty innovation to consumers. Users can receive targeted skin care recommendations based on selfies when they use voice support applications. They can buy goods from Ulta Beauty online easily and quickly based on their specific needs or skin care goals.
