You are in a relationship and realize that the sweet intersection of being completely dependent on others and being lethargic - just taking care of yourself is often never easy.  However, with practice and building awareness of places that can put you in the "trap" of either relying on your boyfiend's little actions or being a cold robot can be achieved that sweet spot.

 Many of us come into a relationship expecting their woes to go away and good things to come.  This is also when you completely put your happiness on the person you love.

 Of course, problems arise when people realize that even when they are in love, feelings of dissatisfaction still exist.  This can make your partner sad, whether openly or in silence, all of the disappointment and failure to accumulate, leading to feelings of unhappiness and worthlessness.

 The good news for you is that you can now get rid of this situation by starting to have the simple perception that "genuine happiness happiness is not in others but ourselves."  The process to create your own happiness and save your relationship can be summarized in a few steps below:

 Sit down and listen to your own thoughts: "If you don't love yourself, you can't love anyone else" - this has its own reasons and is also a simple fact.

 Pay attention to the moment when you switch to “nagging mode” and immediately stop your activities.  Instead of just looking at the negative, pay attention to the positive things even if it doesn't sound great, but gradually you will change the way you think and the burden of complaining.
