1. Supply Chain Management

In the US, the top universities offer a master's degree in Supply Chain Management in the form of MBA, MS and MEng.  According to U.S.  Bureau of Labor Statistics, the average salary for this position is about 75,000 USD/year.  With a master's degree, managers' salaries will increase by 22% by 2022.

2. Healthcare

It is reported that healthcare is the highest-paying profession in America.  In which, the anesthesiologist is paid the highest salary, about 267,000 USD / year.  In the context of an epidemic, the need for health care has grown stronger than before.  U.S.  Bureau of Labor Statistics estimates there will be 1.9 million people working in this industry over the next 10 years.  Specifically, physiotherapist assistants (up 26%), physician assistants (up 23%), respiratory technicians (up 21%), sonographer (up 19%), healthcare management (up 18%).

3. Health Science

Another name is Biomedical Science, this field aims to apply knowledge of science and medicine to build and develop methods and technologies for healthcare and disease treatment. Besides healthcare, health science is a profession that is expected to thrive in the future.  According to ZipRecruiter, since March 2020, the average salary of people working in health science is 70,000 USD / year.

4. Information Technology

 According to the US Department of Labor, information technology will be one of the most developed occupations today.  It is expected that this industry group will have an additional 550,000 people by 2026.

According to the U.S.  Bureau of Labor Statistics, the job positions in the information technology industry are expected to thrive, including: Security analysis (up 28%), software development (up 24%), database development (up 11%), system administration (up 6%).

5. Aviation

Experts predict that in the next 20 years, the air transport sector will grow by an average of 4.3% per year.  If this growth is maintained, the whole industry will contribute about 15.5 million people to the world economy.  High-paying jobs in the aviation industry are: air traffic controllers (125,000 USD / year), commercial pilots (115,000 USD / year), aerospace engineers (115,000 USD / year), technician operating (67,000 USD / year).

6. Commodity manufacturing

In the era of Industry 4.0, the manufacturing industry has the support of machines and artificial intelligence.  However, this is an area that requires the coordination between human and technology, and machines cannot completely replace humans.  In the future, the manufacturing working environment will be healthier, safer and less risky.  It is estimated that there are nearly 800 job categories related to the manufacturing industry, with the average annual salary ranging from $35,000-277,000.
