1. Keep your weight at suitable level

 Limit foods with added sugar (such as soft drinks, foods with added sugar, milk tea, beverages with sweetened condensed milk ...) and solid fats such as fat, sausage, meat  pork…

3. Increase your intake of green vegetables, fruits, and whole grains

 A diet with enough vegetables, fruits and whole grains helps with the risk of cancer.  The amount of vegetables and fruits should make up at least 50% of the total amount of food in your meal.  For rice, use brown rice, sprouted rice;  Do not use polished rice when cooking rice every day.

4. Limit red meat

 Many studies have shown that excess red meat is linked to several types of cancer, especially for those who regularly eat commercially processed red meats such as ham, bacon, and sausage.

 However, red meat is also a valuable source of iron and B vitamins, making it impossible to eliminate red meat from your diet.  Therefore, it is best to eat in the right amount and use proper cooking methods so as not to create harmful fats through processing.

5. Balance animal and vegetable protein sources

 Legumes (such as soybeans, green beans, black beans ...) are also a source of high protein, while also contain fiber, iron, potassium and other essential nutrients.  Eating more vegetable protein than animal protein helps to reduce the risk of cancer.

 Alcohol is one of the leading causes of cancer.  Each drink, women should not drink more than 1 unit of alcohol (equivalent to 10g Ethanol) and men should not exceed 2 units of alcohol.  

6. Variety of foods

 Natural foods are rich in antioxidants, which help prevent cancer.  Each food has its own properties and ways of working, so when you have a variety of foods, you will take advantage of different natural ways to prevent cancer, helping a variety of ways to help the body fight these malignant cells.
