1. Position between eyebrows

 

This point is right between two eyebrows. This position is also the intersection between the nose wave and the two eyebrows.

This massage of the position daily will stimulate the main endocrine gland and the pituitary gland which help to enhance overall skin.

Massage the face every day is very benefit for the skin. In addition, each position on the face is closely related to organs inside the body.

 

2. Under the eyes

 

The point is near the head of the cheekbones, distance from eye’s hole about one phalange.

Regular massage this area helps to reduce the blemishes, enhance the regeneration of radiant white skin.

Daily massage your face, you will remove wrinkles.

 

3. Two Sides of the nose wings

 

From the point near the top of the cheekbones, measure about one phalange to the underneath, you will determine this position.

After then, use fingers to gently massage to the circular motion with a moderate force in about 30 seconds.  Massage this skin area will improve circulation, minimize swelling and treat the blemishes.

4. Under the ears

 

This position is located at the intersection between the helix and jaw. When placing hands on this point, you will easily feel the movement of the jaw bone. Massage into this area helps to balance the thyroid gland, increasing the radiance of the skin.

Facial skin is very delicate hence when massage, you should use your fingertips to move gently in a circle. Remember that a strong massage will cause the muscles to be sagged and make the face skin gets loose.
