Bhringraj means king of herbs, otherwise known as squid grass.  It not only helps promote hair growth, but also reverses baldness.  People also use squid grass to treat early gray hair.  Herbs are usually available in both powder and oil form.  Squid also works to soothe the scalp and help people with sleepless sleep better.

 You need to prepare: A handful of squid leaves or 5 - 6 tablespoons of dried squid powder

 Execution time:

 20 minutes

 Doing:

 Place squid leaves in a bowl and mash with a little water to make a paste.  In some places, finding squid leaves is not easy, so you can replace fresh leaves with 5 - 6 tablespoons of dried squid powder, still mixed with a little water to get a thick paste.
 Apply the mixture evenly to scalp and hair and leave it on for 20 minutes.
 Clean hair with mild shampoo.
 How often should it take:

 Three times a week.

 Not only mixing with water, you can also use a combination of squid grass with other ingredients like amla and tulsi to increase the effect.  Alternatively, you can massage your scalp with squid oil three times a week to promote hair growth.

 Amla is an ingredient that is very beneficial to human health.  It is not only used as an ayurvedic solution for hair loss, but also as an effective treatment for blood purification and indigestion treatment.  Amla improves scalp health by overcoming dandruff, itching.  Amla is also used in combination with shikakai to make a natural dye that gives a brown color.

 You need to prepare:

 5 - 6 Tablespoons Amla Powder
 5 - 6 Tablespoons of water
 Execution time:

 30 minutes

 Doing:

 Fill the bowl with amla powder and add water to make a smooth mixture.
 Divide your hair into small sections and apply the mixture to your hair and scalp so that it's evenly covered from base to tip
 Leave the mixture on your hair for 30 minutes and then rinse it off with a mild shampoo.
 How often to do it: Three times a week.

 You can also combine amla powder and shikakai for added effect, mix this mixture together and soak in warm water overnight.  In addition, you can also extract amla juice and apply it to the scalp to soothe and condition your hair.

 Neem is known for having great benefits for skin and hair.  Neem helps improve blood circulation and strengthens hair roots, promoting faster hair growth.  Neem is also used to treat dandruff and lice.  Hair loss due to dryness, eczema, psoriasis, excessive sebum, damaged hair roots.  Neem can fight these, soothes the scalp and promotes healthy hair growth.

 A handful of Neem leaves
 2 cups of water
 Execution time:

 5 minutes

 Put the neem leaves in water and boil for 15 minutes then set it aside and let cool.
 Once the water has cooled, remove the leaves and remove the liquid.
 Pour neem leaf juice in a jar and set it aside.
 Wash and rinse hair as usual.  Then take the neem leaf juice and wash it again as the last rinse step.
 No need to rinse hair with water anymore.
 How often to do it: Three times a week.

 In addition to the above method, you can use dry neem powder, add water to form a paste and apply it to your hair.  Let it sit for 30 minutes before shampooing.

Ritha, also known as the linden, has long been used as a natural shampoo.  Ritha works to promote hair growth, increase thickness and improve texture.  With very light properties, ritha can remove dirt from the hair and scalp without losing natural oils, so it has been very popular among women in the past.

 You need to prepare:

 A few ritha seeds (the linden fruit)
 2 cups of water
 Execution time

 10 minutes

 Doing

 Place ritha seeds in a cup of warm water and soak overnight.
 The next morning, put the ritha seeds and soaked water in a pot and boil for about 15 minutes then set it aside to cool.
 Once it's cooled, take out the seeds, filter out the water and put in a clean jar.
 Rinse hair with water and then apply half of the ritha solution to the hair.
 Massage hair gently for 5 minutes and then rinse with water.
 Repeat with the remaining half of the ritha solution.  You should notice a slight bubble in your hair at this point.
 How long to take: You should do this method alternately day by day.

5.  Ayurvedic treatment for hair loss and regrowth with Shikakai

 Shikakai translated as "fruit for hair", they are taken from Acacia concinna acacia.  When combined with water, shikakai forms a light foam layer, which is used as a substitute for shampoos and conditioners.  With its high antioxidant properties, shikakai is the perfect natural remedy to restore scalp health and treat hair loss.  The ingredients of shikakai are very gentle, they clean the scalp without losing the natural oils that nourish the hair.  They help reduce hair loss, dandruff, and make hair easy to manage.

 You need to prepare:

 6 Tbsp dry shikakai powder
 2 cups of water.
 Execution time:

 10 minutes

 Doing:

 Put the shikakai powder in a jug, pour in water and mix well then set aside.
 Rinse hair thoroughly with water and apply half of shikakai solution to hair.
 Massage gently for 5 minutes and then rinse with water.
 Repeat with the remaining solution.  You should notice mild foam in your hair.
 How often to take it: Similar to the ritha method, alternate daily as well.

 Alternatively, you can use the dry shikakai powder made into an herbal tea to rinse your hair into the final step.  You can also add shikakai powder to your hair oil for daily use.

6.  Ayurvedic treatment for hair loss and regrowth with Ashwagandha

 Ashwagandha, also known as Indian Ginseng, is an excellent herb used to remedy hair loss and stimulate hair growth.  Hair loss and growth retardation are caused by the hormone cortisol.  Ashwagandha will control the level of cortisol and prevent hair loss.  It also enhances antioxidant activity, helps scalp circulation, stimulates melanin production, and reduces itchy dandruff.  When hair is clean and well nourished, it grows quickly.

 You need to prepare:

 3 Tbsp dry ashwagandha powder
 3 Tbsp dry amla powder
 6 Tablespoons of water
 Execution time:

 30 minutes

 Doing:

 Place ashwagandha, amla and water in a bowl and mix well until a smooth paste is obtained.  If the powder is too thick, add a little water to make it easy to apply on hair.
 Apply the resulting mixture to the scalp and hair, starting at the roots and then adjusting to evenly cover from base to tip.
 Leave the mixture on your hair for 30 minutes and then wash it off with a mild shampoo.
 How often to do it: Three times a week.

 Ashwagandha can also be eaten directly.  You can use this to replenish nutrients and body and nourish hair.

 Place Bacopa powder, ashwagandha powder, amla powder, and yogurt in a bowl and mix well until a smooth paste is obtained.
 Divide your hair into smaller sections and apply the mixture starting from the roots to the ends.
 Once the mixture is evenly coated, let it sit for 1 hour.
 Rinse well with warm water and mild shampoo.
 How often to do it: Three times a week.

 You can use Bacopa by boiling it with tulsi and neem leaves for 10 minutes then turn off the heat and leave the mixture overnight.  The next morning, the body is removed and the water is filtered and used as a final rinse.

8.  Ayurvedic treatment for hair loss and regrowth with Jatamansi fragrant

 A common name for this herb in the ayurvedic method used to stimulate hair growth is Muskroot or Indian Spikenard.  Jatamansi helps to purify the blood and improve its circulation.  Thanks to that, the scalp is also nourished and the hair grows faster, preventing hair loss or damage.

 5 - 6 Drops of Jatamansi essential oil
